FUNimation Unveils Blood Blockade Battlefront Dub Cast


Blood Blockade Battlefront Key Visual 001 - 20150513Earlier today, FUNimation revealed the English cast list for Blood Blockade Battlefront. The show saw its dub première at 9:00 (Eastern) as part of the company’s Broadcast Dubs program.

The full cast list is as follows:

  • Leonardo Watch: Aaron Dismuke
  • Klaus V. Reinherz: Phil Parsons
  • Chain Sumeragi: Trina Nishimura
  • Zapp Renfro: Ian Sinclair
  • Starphase: J Michael Tatum
  • Gilbert: Francis Henry
  • Sonic: Monica Rial
  • K.K.: Stephanie Young
  • Femt: Josh Grelle
  • White: Megan Emerich

Mike McFarland directed the dub, with Felecia Angelle serving as Assistant Director. Domonique French helmed the technical end of things as Lead Engineer.

FUNimation describes Blood Blockade Battlefront as:

A breach between Earth and the netherworlds has opened up over the city of New York, trapping New Yorkers and creatures from other dimensions in an impenetrable bubble. They’ve lived together for years, in a world of crazy crime sci-fi sensibilities. Now someone is threatening to sever the bubble, and a group of stylish superhumans is working to keep it from happening.

To promote the new dub, FUNimation added a 90-second teaser clip to its YouTube channel.
