New Cast Members & Band Unveiled For Show By Rock!! Season 2


It looks like Tokiko’s R-R-R-Room could be welcoming a new band to the set soon!

Earlier today, the Show By Rock!! production team unveiled several new cast members for the show’s upcoming second season. The following members will join the cast as boy-band Arcareafact.

  • Chitan (Lead Vocals & Piano): Yūsuke Kobayashi
  • Orion (Violin): Taku Yashiro
  • Seren (Bass Guitar): Eishin Fudemura
  • Arugon (Drums): Chiharu Sawashiro

According to the presentation, all the members of Arcareafact are mega-wealthy, and formed the band shortly after joining their label. At their first live concert, the members proudly proclaimed that they “aren’t idols, but artists.”

Takahiro Ikezoe (Ozma) will return to direct the series at Bones, with Touko Machida (Chaika – The Coffin PrincessKarneval) taking charge of series composition. The confirmed cast includes:

  • Chuchu: Sumire Uesaka
  • Moa: Ayane Sakura
  • Crow: Kisho Taniyama
  • Aeon: Kouki Uchiyama
  • Yaiba: Tetsuya Kakihara

  • A: Saori Hayami
  • Un: Eriko Matsui
  • Daru Dayu: Megumi Han
  • Shūzō: Mamoru Miyano
  • Riku: Ayumu Murase

The original Show By Rock!! aired during the spring 2015 broadcast season. Funimation currently holds the rights to the title in North America. The show is currently available on Hulu, YouTube, and FunimationNow
