Seiren Anime Gets New Key Visual, Casting Details


It’s time to meet a few new residents in Shouichi Kamita’s ever-expanding world.

Earlier today, the official Seiren anime website updated with a new key visual. The image features the three female leads in a forested garden.

In addition, the site updated with three new cast members. The following roles were confirmed:

  • Yukie Takato: Saki Fujita
  • Yoko Kikuchi: Yukiyo Fujii
  • Toka Maruishi: Juri Nagatsuma

Visuals for the three characters were also uploaded to the site. You can check these out below:

Seiren will premiere on January 5, 2017.

Seiren is an original anime series from studios AXsiZ and Studio Gokumi. Tomoki Kobayashi (Akame ga KILL!, Utawarerumono) will direct the series, which features character designs by Naoto Hosoda (Bamboo Blade, Jinki:Extend). Kisai Takayama is in charge of series composition.

The confirmed voice cast includes:

  • Shōichi Kamita: Atsushi Tamaru
  • Hikari Tsuneki: Ayane Sakura
  • Kyōko Tōno: Juri Kimura
  • Miu Hiyama: Shiori Izawa
  • Makoto Kamizaki: Shiori Mikami
  • Ruise Sanjō: Honoka Kuroki
  • Toka Maruishi: Juri Nagatsuma
  • Tomoe Kamita: Manami Numakura
  • Ikuo Nanasaki: Ryōta Asari
  • Yukie Takato: Saki Fujita
  • Tōru Miyamae: Shino Shimoji
  • Tatsuya Araki: Takuya Eguchi
  • Masami Onigata: Yukari Tamura
  • Yoko Kikuchi: Yukiyo Fujii

Seiren will be presented as a serial work, composed of four-episode arcs that focus on each of the main heroines. The three arcs, which focus on Hikari, Tōru, and Kyouko, will be set in the girls’ second year of high school as they have their own romances with Shōichi Kamita.
