Funimation Unveils Hand Shakers Dub Cast


It’s time to shake the hands of the folks behind this English dub!

Earlier today, Funimation unveiled the English dub cast for Hand Shakers. The series will star the following:

  • Tazuna: Justin Briner
  • Koyori: Lara Woodhull
  • Break: Alejandro Saab
  • Bind: Monica Rial
  • Lily: Natalie Hoover
  • Hayate: Aaron Roberts
  • Makihara: Anthony Bowling
  • Chizuru (Episode 1): Sarah Wiedenheft
  • God (Episode 1): Chris Rager
  • Tomoki (Episode 1): Derick Snow
  • Musubu (Episode 1): Jad Saxton

Jerry Jewell will direct the adaptation, which features scripts by Monica Rial. Michael Trotzig is the dub’s ADR Engineer, while Neal Malley serves as Mixing Engineer.

Funimation’s SimulDub for Hand Shakers kicked off last night, at 9:00PM Eastern (6:00PM Pacific).

Hand Shakers is an original series by studio GoHands. The studio is taking charge of original planning, while Goon Trax composes the show’s music. GoHands, Frontier Works, and Kadokawa are all credited with the original concept.

Funimation describes the series as:

When Tazuna comes in contact with a mysterious girl, they step into a world full of enemies too powerful to handle alone.
