New PV, Cast, Character Art, & Theme Song Artists Unveiiled For Re:Creators Anime


It’s time to meet a few new Re:Creative minds that are bringing this show to reality!

Yesterday, the official Re:Creators anime website updated with a new promotional video. The 75-second teaser features the show’s opening theme song as a background track.

gravityWall by SawanoHiroyuki[nZk]: Tielle & Gemie will serve as the show’s opening theme. NewLook by Mashiro Ayano was confirmed as Re:Creators‘ closing theme song.

The site also confirmed ten cast members:

  • Alisteria February: Yoko Hikasa
  • Blitz Tokar: Atsushi Ono
  • Celejia Yupitilia: Mikako Komatsu
  • Gunpuku no Himegimi: Aki Toyosaki
  • Makan Chikujoin: Maaya Sakamoto
  • Mamika Koki: Rie Murakawa
  • Meteora Österreich: Inori Minase
  • Sota Mizushino: Daiki Yamashita
  • Rui Kaya: Sora Amamiya
  • Yuya Mirokuji: Kenichi Suzumura

Re:Creators is an original anime project from Black Lagoon creator Rei Hiroe. Ei Aoki (Fate/Zero, The Garden of Sinners) will direct the series at Troyca, while collaborating with Rei Hiroe on series composition. Ryuichi Makino (Battle Athletes, Girls Bravo) is in charge of character designs. Hiroyuki Sawano (Kill la Kill, Attack on Titan) will score the show’s soundtrack.

The Re:Creators website describes the project as:

Humanity has told countless tales.

Joy, sadness, anger, deep emotion.
Stories stir our feelings, and capture our fancy.

Still, these are but the thoughts of passers-by.

But what if the characters of our story have “intentions”? And to them, are we god-like beings for bringing their tales into the world?

Our world has changed.
Dole out punishment of upon the realm of the gods.

In Re:Creators everybody becomes a Creator.
