“Armed Girl’s Machiavellism” Gets New Visuals, Cast, Theme Song Details, & Broadcast Details


I’m not sure if we’re talking about the same Machiavelli anymore.

Earlier today, the official Armed Girl’s Machiavellism anime website updated with several new items, including:

  • A new key visual
  • Additional cast members
  • New character visuals
  • Japanese Broadcast Schedule
  • Opening & Ending Theme Song Details

Key Visual

The new visual features each of the major characters, set against a white background that breaks away to show a building under a blue sky.

New Cast Members

Ten new cast members were unveiled, including:

  • Cho-ka ・U・ Baragasaki: Akane Kohinata
  • Kinue Tanukihara: Yuki Yamada
  • Kusuo Masukodera: Tetsuhara Ohta
  • Kyo-bo: Saki Fujita
  • Misogi: “???”
  • Nico Saruwatari: Natsumi Yamada
  • Nono Mozuno: Miku Itō
  • Sassa Kurasaki: Miharu Hanai
  • Tsunemi Tohko: Miharu Sawada
  • Ui Migii: Shiori Mutō

Misogi’s actor hasn’t been named as of press time.

Character Visuals

Visuals for each of the new characters has been unveiled. You can check these out below:

Theme Song Details

Armed Girl’s Machiavellism‘s opening theme, Shocking Blue, will be performed by Miku Itō.

Closing theme song Decide will be handled by Five Supreme Swords: an in-character quintet composed of Yūki Takada, Sayaka Kitahara, Nozomi Nishida, Rina Hidaka, and Natsumi Hioka.

Broadcast Details

Armed Girl’s Machiavellism will air on the following networks starting April 5:

  • Tokyo MX
  • AT-X
  • TV Aichi
  • KBS Kyoto
  • Sun TV
  • TVQ Kyushu Broadcasting
  • BS11

Armed Girl’s Machiavellism series is based on Karuna Kanzaki and illustrator Yūya Kurokami’s manga of the same name. Hideki Tachibana (BlazBlue Alter Memory, H2O ~Footprints in the Sand~ ) was tapped to direct at Silver Link, with Shoko Takimoto (Chaos Dragon, Senran Kagura: Estival Versus – Festival Eve Full of Swimsuits) providing character designs. Kento Shimoyama (Good Luck Girl!, Servant × Service ) is in charge of series composition. Team-MAX’s Hiromi Mizutani will score the soundtrack at studio Nippon Columbia.

Previously, the seven cast members for the series were unveiled:

  • Rin Onigawara: Yūki Takada
  • Mary Kikakujō: Sayaka Kitahara
  • Satori Tamaba: Nozomi Nishida

  • Kirukiru Amō: Eriko Matsui
