Crunchyroll Adds “What do you do at the end of the world? Are you busy? Will you save us?” To Spring 2017 Simulcasts


Coming up this season, it’s Hollywoo Stars and Celebrities: What Do They Know? Do They Know Things?? Let’s Find Out!

Oh wait… wrong show.

Earlier today, Crunchyroll announced that they will stream What do you do at the end of the world? Are you busy? Will you save us? (Shumatsu Nani Shitemasu ka? Isogashii Desu ka? Sukutte Moratte Ii Desu ka?; SukaSuka for short) as part of their Spring 2017 simulcast lineup. The series will début on Crunchyroll on April 11, at 9:00AM Pacific (12:00PM Eastern) for all subscribers outside of Asia.

What do you do at the end of the world? Are you busy? Will you save us? is based on Akira Kareno and illustrator ue’s light novel series of the same name. Jun’ichi Wada (The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan, Ragnastrike Angels) is directing the series at studios C2C and Satelight, with Toru Imanishi providing character designs. Series creator Akira Kareno is in charge of series composition, while Tatsuya Katou (High Speed! -Free! Starting Days-, Yatterman Night) scoring the soundtrack.

In addition to series composition duties, Kareno will co-write the show’s scripts with Mariko Mochizuki (Aquarion Logos), Shingo Nagai (Dragonar Academy), and Toshizo Nemoto (Durarara!!, Selector Infected Wixoss).

Azusa Tadokoro will perform opening theme song Dearest Drop.
