Blue Ocean Industry

Blue Ocean Industry: Conclusion

This is the last time we'll be using this image. I promise!

After thirteen chapters and four months of research, we’ve covered the gamut of the Blue Ocean Strategy. Through our discussion, we looked at the entire process from planning to execution, and how it relates to the anime industry at large. Everything, from the first strategy canvas to case studies on newcomers in the Middle East, has added another insight and another layer to our study.

The point of this was to demonstrate that Blue Ocean thinking could, and should be applied to the anime industry. This proven method, which revitalized everything form the circus, to wines, to the New York Police department, grants the tools to right a company’s course, and find batches of customers that may not exist in today’s market.

I offer my deepest gratitude to you, dear reader, for joining me in this study. I hope that you continue to join us in the future, as we continue to examine the industry, and its happenings.
