Weather Woes

Unfortunately, due to a wind storm in the northeast, we’ve been seeing sporadic power outages here at Herald Headquarters. And, due to Murphy’s Law, I’ve seen tonight’s article get lost to the ether four times over. Unfortunately, we won’t be making our normal midnight deadline, and I offer my sincere apologies. We’ll be returning to our normal schedules tomorrow.

A Rhode Island native, Samantha has been an anime fan since 1992, and an active member of the anime press since 2002, when she began working as a reviewer for Anime Dream. Outside of journalism, Samantha actively studies the history of the North American anime fandom and industry, with a particular focus on the 2000s anime boom and bust.
