Anime Boston 2013: Cosplay – The Rise of the Homestuck

Homestuck cosplay is something that is quickly becoming a popular sight at many anime conventions across the country. While they’ve earned a unique combination of ire and disdain from many in the anime community, I can’t help but feel that they contribute to the unmistakable “flavor” of the convention itself. Random musings aside, Homestuck fans were out in full force at this year’s Anime Boston, to the point where nearly ten percent of our cosplay photos consisted of cosplayers from the series, both trolls and humans alike. Rather then throw them in with the rest of the photos, I’ve broken these photos out into their own gallery for easy viewing.

As always, many thanks for those who gave us a photo op!
