Durarara!! Artist Suzuhito Yasuda Draws Nadia & Kiki

A couple of nights ago, Yozakura Quartet creator Suzuhito Yasuda took to Twitter to announced that he would take a break from his work to do a couple of sketches. Given that Yasuda was the artist on the Durarara!! light novels, and currently works as the character design for Ai Tenchi Muyo!, requests were pretty obvious.

Rather then indulge the requests for characters like Ryoko (Tenchi Muyo!) and Shizuo (Durarara!!), Yasuda instead opted to reach a bit further back in anime history.

He drew two quick sketches: one of Kiki from Kiki’s Delivery Service, and one of Nadia from Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water. Both were presented in black and white with red highlights, and they are simply stunning.
