Toonami Doesn’t Lose Its Way, Airs Kill la Kill in February 2015

Earlier today, Aniplex of America announced that Kill la Kill will air on Adult Swim’s Toonami block. The series, which will be shown dubbed in English, will première on February 7, 2015 at 11:30PM Eastern and Pacific.

While I’ve had my criticisms about Aniplex’s Blu-Ray release of the show, I have nothing but praise for Kill la Kill as a series. It’s wonderfully funny, and just brimming with charm. The show moves at a breakneck pace, and just continues to up the ante at every possible opportunity.

Hopefully, the Toonami run treats the series well, and attracts a new audience that may have passed the show up in its original run.
