FUNimation Announces Tokyo Ghoul √A Dub Cast


Tokyo Ghoul Root A Key Visual 001 - 20150218Tokyo Ghoul fans have a chance to experience a new take on this season’s undead action. FUNimation announced the English dub cast for Tokyo Ghoul √A. The series will make its dub début tonight at 9:00PM Eastern.

The full cast is as follows:

  • Kaneki: Austin Tindle
  • Touka: Brina Palencia
  • Tsukiyama: J Michael Tatum
  • Yamori: Christopher Sabat
  • Rize: Monica Rial
  • Hide: Clifford Chapin
  • Nishiki: Eric Vale
  • Hinami: Lara Woodhull
  • Mado: Kenny Green
  • Amon: Mike McFarland
  • Ayato: Todd Haberkorn
  • Eto: Lindsay Seidel
  • Tatara: Chris Wehkamp

The dub will be directed by Mike McFarland, with J Michael Tatum serving as assistant ADR Director. ADR Engineering duties will be handled by Patrick Morphy and Assistant ADR Engineer Dominique French. Steve Simmons is translating the series, and the team of Monica Rial and Josh Grelle is working on scripts.

To get fans hyped for the première, FUNimation posted a two-minute clip of the dub to their YouTube channel. The segment highlights the beginnings of a battle between Kaneki and Ayato.
