Love Live! Ad Truck Trundles Through Akihabara & Ikebukuro

If you’ve been to Akihabara or Ikebukuro lately, there’s a good chance that you’ve seen the smiling faces of Love Live! idol group μ’s rolling through the streets.

To promote the May 27 release of μ’s Best Album Best Live! Collection II, Lantis sponsored an ad truck. A tractor-trailer, which features an advertisement for the album, is rolling through Akihabara and Ikebukuro throughout the day. As the sun goes down and the street lights kick on, the trailer lights up, to ensure that everyone can have a Nico-tastic day, regardless of the hour.

And, as one would expect, pictures have been popping up across social media. We’ve gathered a few examples below:

μ’s Best Album Best Live! Collection II is a 3-disc set that will include 46 songs in all. 38 songs were previously announced, while the remaining eight are remixes that were produced Love Live! School Idol Festival. It’s being offered in both a standard and an “Ultra-Luxurious Limited Edition.”
