Trigger’s newest series will have Ninjas, it’ll have slaying… what’s not to love?
Earlier today, the official Ninja Slayer anime website posted a new extended promotional video. The new teaser clocks in at a hefty 2 minutes, 30 seconds and highlights the show’s action.
The series will begin streaming in 20 countries, with the Japanese run kicking off on April 16. Ninja Slayer won’t hit Japanese TV until 2016.
Earlier this month, the site confirmed the show’s crew, which include the following members:
- Series Director & Series Composition: Akira Amemiya
- Character Designers: Hiroyuki Imaishi, Yusuke Yoshigaki, illustrators saitom, Serere Inato, & Shinjiro
- Music: Shinichi Osawa & Kenji Fujisawa
- Sound Production: grooove
The series will star Toshiyuki Morikawa as the titular Ninja Slayer, Chiwa Saito playing Nancy Lee, and Sho Hayami as Dark Ninja.
