If you’re not watching Man At Arms at this point, well… you’re not watching it.

For the uninitiated, Man At Arms focuses on a team of master blacksmiths and craftsmen, as they build replicas of popular weapons and armor from various fictional works. No matter how impractical or offbeat the project is, be it Skyrim‘s Dragonborn helmet or Wolverine’s claws (X-Men), the Man At Arms crew is up to the task.

The group is quite cozy with the anime world. In the past, the group produced a number of weapons that could be ripped straight from titles like Bleach or Fullmetal Alchemist. They forged a replica of Ryuko Matoi’s scissor-blade from Kill la Kill out of scissors, and built Guts’s sword from Berserk out of railroad track.

This week, the group decided that pirates were the topic du jour. Specifically, they opted to tackle the Yoru, blade of Dracule “Hawk Eyes” Mihawk’s from One Piece.

In typical Man At Arms fashion, the crew walks viewers through the forging process from start to finish, to create an experience that’s interesting and informative. While we don’t see any crazy materials this time around, the entire episode is just a joy to watch.

And yes, the final result is incredible.
