Momoiro Clover Z’s bringing the flash, the flair, and the KISS Army with them to Anime Expo.
Earlier today, the idol group started streaming a new version of their “Who is Momoiro Clover Z?” intro video. The video was re-edited to include a short advert for their upcoming concert at Anime Expo.
The concert will be held on July 2, at 8:00PM Pacific. Doors open at 6:30. Tickets are now available via Eventbrite and the Anime Expo website.
Last month, Anime! Anime! reported that Momoiro Clover Z will perform at this year’s Anime Expo with KISS members Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley.
The two groups recently collaborated on single Yume no Ukiyo ni Saitemina, which hit Japanese stores on January 28.
In North America, though, Momoiro Clover Z is best known for their performance of Sailor Moon Crystal theme Moon Pride. The group also performed openings for a variety of anime titles that include Bodacious Space Pirates and Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection ‘F’.
Last year, the group opened for Lady Gaga during her Japanese tour.
