On that day, mankind received a new trailer. We lived in anticipation of the titans, and were forced to wait in this frontier that we call the internet.
Earlier today, IGN started streaming a new trailer for the upcoming Attack on Titan live-action movies. The new teaser, which is a bit different from Madman’s trailer, features English subtitles by FUNimation.
The Attack on Titan movie made its global début in Hollywood on Tuesday. The red-carpet première featured guest appearances by actors Haruma Miura (Eren) and Kiko Mizuhara (Mikasa), as well as director Shinji Higuchi. The first film will open in Japanese theaters on August 1. This will be quickly followed by its sequel, which will hit cinemas on September 19.
FUNimation currently holds the domestic rights to the two films, which extends to theatrical, video-on-demand, home video, and broadcasting. The company will give the first film a national release.
