Chiller is a growing home for horror, suspense, and… anime?
Apparently so! Earlier today, American cable network Chiller kicked off an anime programming block. The company began showing anime titles in the 12:00AM – 2:00AM timeslot.
The full schedule is as follows:
- 12:00AM: Is This a Zombie?
- 12:30AM: Tokyo Majin
- 1:00AM: Devil May Cry
- 1:30AM: Black Blood Brothers
New episodes will be aired each Wednesday for the forseeable future.
All four titles are distributed in North America by FUNimation.
Chiller is no stranger to the anime world. In 2009, the network made an attempt at an anime block, which featured Tokko, Sword for Truth, and Descendants of Darkness. In addition, the network’s aired numerous anime films and features, including Blood: the Last Vampire, Ninja Scroll, and the laughably bad Vampire Wars.
