In addition, Nippon TV will host a Lupin III stamp rally. The event, which runs from August 1 through August 16, ill be held at Tokyo’s Shiodome NTV Tower. Fans who collect all of the stamps will receive a limited-edition Lupin III sticker. In addition, these diligent Lupin lovers will be entered into a drawing to win a number of prizes, including vouchers for the Shiodome Hotel.

The rally itself will be held as part of Nippon TV’s “Chō Shiodome Paradise!” summer event.

Earlier this month, Italian network Mediaset announced that the latest Lupin III series will première on Italian TV network Italia 1 on August 29. The series will be shown under the title Lupin III – L’avventura Italiana (Lupin III – The Italian Adventure).

The title will be the first mainline Lupin III title in thirty years. While Lupin and company did appear in numerous films and spinoffs like 2012’s Lupin The Third: The Woman Called Fujiko Mine, this is the first actual Lupin TV series since the second title ended on September 28, 1985.

In April, it was reported that original Lupin III composer Yuji Ohno will reprise his role in the new series.

Previously, two key visuals and a teaser video were released to promote the series. You can check both out below:
