Aria The Scarlet Ammo Double A Gets Second Promo Video


Aria’s big day draws ever closer. Is the world ready for the assault?

Earlier today, a second promotional video for Aria The Scarlet Ammo Double A was posted online. The two-minute preview offers a glimpse of the show’s animation, set to opening theme Bull’s Eye by Nano.

The series is a sequel to 2011’s Aria The Scarlet Ammo. Both titles are based on Chūgaku Akamatsu and Kobuichi’s Hidan no Aria series of light novels.

Aria the Scarlet Ammo Double A will be directed by Takashi Kawabata at Doga Kobo. Miwa Oshima (Baka and Test) is providing character designs for the title, while Fumihiko Shimo (Air, Kanon) handles series composition. The duo of Mariko Kubo (High School DxD) and Chisato Kikunaga (Monthly Girls’ Nozaki-kun) will serve as chief animation directors, while Flying Dog provides the show’s music.

The confirmed voice cast for the series is as follows:

  • Akari Mamiya: Ayane Sakura
  • Aria H. Kanzaki: Rie Kugimiya
  • Shino Sasaki: Ai Kayano
  • Raika Hino: M.A.O
  • Kirin Shima: Aoi Yūki
  • Urara Takachiho: Sarah Emi Bridcutt

Aria the Scarlet Ammo will début on six networks, starting on October 6. The series will air on the following:

  • 10/6/2015: AT-X
  • 10/6/2015: Tokyo MX
  • 10/6/2015: Sun TV
  • 10/6/2015: KBS Kyoto
  • 10/6/2015: TV Aichi
  • 10/7/2015: BS11
