Check Out Eight Minutes Of Attack On Titan Gameplay Footage

And just like that, everything changed. At that terrible moment, in our hearts, we knew. Home was a pen. Humanity, cattle.

Earlier today, Koei Tecmo showed off eight minutes of gameplay footage from the Attack on Titan video game. The footage, which showcases several early mission segments, was taken from a stage event at Tokyo Game Show.

At the event, Koei Tecmo also confirmed that the title’s playable roster will include Eren, Mikasa, Sasha, Conny, Armin, and Jean.

For those who don’t want to watch the entire presentation, Koei Tecmo’s European account released several clips from the show, which you can check out below:

Attack on Titan is being developed by Dynasty Warriors developer Omega Force. The project is currently slated for global release on Sony’s PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and Vita platforms in 2016. The game, which publisher Tecmo calls a “tactical hunting action” title, will reward players who approach battles with a tactical bent. Skilled players will be able to fight through battles with the grace of Captain Levi, himself.

Earlier this week, Koei Tecmo released a two-minute trailer for the game, which we’ve provided below:
