First 3 Minutes Of Gundam Thunderbolt Episode 1 Hit The Web

Get ready for some Gundam action!

Earlier today, the official Mobile Suit Gundam website started streaming a promotional teaser for Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt. The new video presents the first three episodes of the show’s first episode.

In addition to the footage, Bandai Visual started streaming a new TV spot for the episode.

Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt is a four-episode OVA based on Yasuo Ohtagaki’s manga of the same name. Gundam UC director Kou Matsuo is directing the title at Sunrise, in addition to writing the show’s scripts. Hirotoshi Takaya (Texhnolyze) will provide the show’s character designs, while the team of Morifumi Naka (A Wind Named Amnesia, Texhnolyze), Seiichi Nakatani (Gundam 00), and Hajime Katoki (Gundam Wing, Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team) take charge of mechanical designs.

The confirmed voice cast on the project includes:

  • Io Fleming: Yūichi Nakamura
  • Daryl Lorentz: Ryohei Kimura
  • Claudia Palh: Toa Yukinari
  • Kara Mitchum: Sayaka Ohara
  • Cornelius Caca: Daisuke Hirakawa
  • Graham: Shunsuke Sakuya
  • Burroughs: Mutsumi Sasaki
  • J.J. Sexton: Hiroshi Tsuchida

The first episode, which sports an 18-minute run time, will hit digital outlets on Christmas.
