Divine Gate Gets Four Character Promo Videos


Take a trip to lands unknown through the Divine Gate!

Earlier today, Marvelous posted a series of short promotional videos for the Divine Gate anime series to their YouTube channel. Each of the four videos highlights a different main character from the series, using footage from the first episode.

The videos for Akane and Midori both feature narration by Megumi Ogata (Neon Genesis Evangelion, Angel Beats!).

Divine Gate is based on GungHo Online Entertainment’s smart phone game of the same name. The series is being directed by Noriyuki Abe (Black Butler: Book of Circus, Bleach) at Studio Pierrot, with Ichiro Uno (The World Is Still Beautiful) providing character designs. Natsuko Takahashi (Fantastic Detective Labyrinth, Blue Drop) is in charge of series composition, while Takumi Ozawa (Aria The Scarlet Ammo) handles the soundtrack.
