Seven Seas Adds Yuri Manga “Bloom Into You”

Bloom Into You 001 - 20160215Love will certainly bloom on Seven Seas’ upcoming lineup.

Yesterday, Seven Seas announced that they acquired the domestic rights to Nio Nakatani’s Bloom Into You (Yagate Kimi ni Naru) manga. The publishers will release the series in single volumes, with the first due to hit retailers on January 3, 2017. Each $12.99 volume will include at least two full-color illustrations.

Bloom Into You is an ongoing yuri (girls’ love) series, which began publication in Kadokawa’s Comic Dengeki Daioh last April. The first compiled book hit retailers in October 2015.

Seven Seas describes the series as follows:

Yuu has always loved shoujo manga and awaits the day she gets a love confession that sends her heart aflutter with bubbles and blushes, and yet when a junior high classmate confesses his feelings to her…she feels nothing. Disappointed and confused, Yuu enters high school still unsure how to respond. That’s when Yuu sees the beautiful student council president Nanami turn down a suitor with such maturity that she’s inspired to ask her for help. But when the next person to confess to Yuu is Nanami herself, has her shoujo romance finally begun?
