This art club does have its problems, namely its members are bonkers!
Earlier today, Crunchyroll announced that they will stream This Art Club Has a Problem! (Kono Bijutsubu ni wa Mondai ga Aru!) as part of their summer simulcast lineup. The series will kick off on July 7 at 12:30PM Pacific (3:30PM Eastern) for subscribers in the following regions:
- United States (and its territories)
- Canada
- Latin America (Central and South America including Caribbean)
- United Kingdom
- Ireland
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Scandinavia
- The Netherlands
This Art Club Has a Problem! is based on Imigimuru’s manga of the same name. Kei Oikawa (Outbreak Company, My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU TOO!) is helming the project at studio feel., with Mai Otsuka (Astarotte’s Toy, Non Non Biyori) providing character designs. Naruhisa Arakawa (Terraformars Revenge, Active Raid) is in charge of series composition.

An ordinary arts club at an ordinary middle school, Tsukimori Middle School.
One member, Uchimaki Subaru, wastes his abundant talent trying to draw his perfect 2D waifu. Another, Usami Mizuki, can’t stop thinking about the loser that is Uchimaki-kun. Then there is the club president, who, despite being asleep all the time, seems to care for the two, and another vague, sketchy member, Colette.
Today, yet again, in this art club full of mild disappointments, a problem arises.
