The site also revealed that ēlDLIVE will hit Japanese TV in January.

ēlDLIVE is based on Akira Amano’s (Reborn!) manga of the same name. Though no staff was revealed, Studio Pierrot is handling the adaptation.

The ēlDLIVE manga series kicked off in Shueisha’s Jump Live and Shonen Jump+ magazines in August 2013. The ongoing series currently spans five collected volumes. Volume 6 will hit stores on August 4.

Viz Media released the first three chapters of the title as part of its “Jump Start” program, with chapters hitting from September through October 2014. They describe the series as:

“Mumbling” Chuta Kokonose doesn’t have many friends. In fact, the only conversations he has anymore are with voices inside his head. Little does he know that this voice doesn’t mean he’s crazy. It just means he has an alien living inside his body!
