SO, if they’re not hacking to the gate, what are they doing?
Yesterday, the official Occultic;Nine anime website updated with the show’s first key visual. The image features the main cast members, in full color, standing in a crowd of gray and discolored people.
The show’s cast and crew will reveal information about the series on August 12, during a live presentation that will stream on NicoNico. 150 followers of the show’s Twitter account (@occultic_nine) will be invited to attend the event.
Occultic;Nine is based on a light novel series by MAGES. head Chiyomaru Shikura (Steins;Gate). The series is being produced by Aniplex.
The confirmed voice cast on the project includes:

Occultic;Nine is an ongoing series, which first hit stores in August 2014 under Overlap’s “Overlap Bunko” imprint. An ongoing manga adaptation, which features illustrations by Ganjii, is also running in Kodansha’s good! Afternoon magazine.
The series revolves around nine unique individuals, who are connected by occult blog Chōjō Kagaku Kirikiri Basara. For these unique individuals, little oddities, incongruities begin to pop up in the world around them. Eventually, these happenings continue to grow, building into a great, unimaginable event that could alter the very definitions of common logic.
