Crunchyroll Details “Magical Girl Raising Project” Simulcast Plans

Earlier today, Crunchyroll unveiled their simulcast plans for Magical Girl Raising Project. The series will début on Crunchyroll on October 1, at 9:15AM Pacific (12:15PM Eastern)

Magical Girl Raising Project will be available to subscribers in all regions outside of China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, North Korea, and South Korea.

Magical Girl Raising Project is based on Asari Endō’s light novels of the same name. Yukiko Aikei (Your Lie In April, Accel World) will serve as character designer on the project, joining director Hiroyuki Hashimoto (Is the order a rabbit?) at Lerche. Takao Yoshioka (Elfen Lied, Your Lie In April) will take charge of series composition and write the scripts.

Manami Numakura will perform opening theme song Sakebe (Shout). The series is slated to première on Japanese on AT-X at on October 1, at 24:00 (10/2/2016 at midnight). Tokyo MX and BS-11 will also air the show, as will streaming service GyaO!

  • Top Speed: Yumi Uchiyama
  • Nemurin: Yumiri Hanamori
