Earlier today, Sentai Filmworks announced that they acquired the domestic rights to Magic of Stella (Stella no Maho. The company will release the title both on digital outlets and home video.
Magic of Stella is based on cloba.U’s manga of the same name. Shinya Kawatsura (Kokoro Connect, Non Non Biyori) is directing the series at Silver Link, with Hideki Furukawa (Invaders of the Rokujyoma!?, Watamote) providing character designs. Fumihiko Shimo (New Game, Clannad) is in charge of series composition.
Earlier this month, Daisuki announced that they will stream Magic of Stella as an exclusive title. They describe the show as:
Wanting to find something she can be passionate about, high school girl Tamaki finds herself joining her school’s dojin (self-published) game club. There, she spends her days with fellow female club members having fun and making chaos.
