Akihabara, an open community where everyone from beginners to masters are welcome. Even if you’re alone, you’ll find someone who gets you in Akiba. It’s a place where nearly anything is possible, where you can bare your body and soul to the world.
In Akiba, which crams anime, games, maids, idols, secondhand parts, and cheap gourmet food into one neighborhood, battles are breaking out against the “Bagurimono,” and an unyielding “boy meets girl” story begins!
Akiba’s Trip – The Animation is based on the Akiba’s Trip video game franchise. The first game in the series was a Japan exclusive, which Acquire released on Sony’s PlayStation 3 and PSP systems in 2011. An updated version of the game, titled Akiba’s Trip Plus, hit Japanese retailers in 2013. The sequel, Akiba’s Trip 2, was released for the PlayStation 3 and Vita in November 2013. A PlayStation 4 version hit stores seven months later, in July 2014
XSeed released Akiba’s Trip: Undead and Undressed in 2014. They released a PC version of the game in May 2015. NIS America handled the European release of the game.
