Yesterday, the official Toei Animation’s Kirakira ☆ Precure a la Mode anime website updated with the show’s first promo video. The 30-second teaser features a glimpse of the series in action, while introducing the major cast members.
Kirakira ☆ Precure a la Mode will première on February 5. The series will begin airing on ABC and TV Asahi (plus their affiliates) at 8:30AM.
The team of Kōhei Kureta (Saint Seiya Omega) and Yukio Kaizawa (Digimon Tamers, Gegege no Kitarō) will serve as series directors at Toei Animation, while Marie Ino tackles character designs. Jin Tanaka (Anne-Happy, Go! Princess Precure) is in charge of series composition.
Yuuki Hayashi () is composing the show’s soundtrack. Opening theme song SHINE!! Kirakira ☆ Precure a la Mode will be performed by Yuri Komagata, while Kanako Miyamoto provides closing theme Let’s La Cooking ☆ Showtime.
The confirmed voice cast includes:
- Himari Arisugawa/Cure Custard: Haruka Fukuhara
- Ichika Usami/Cure Whip: Karen Miyama
- Akira Kenjō/Cure Chocolat: Nanako Mori
- Yukari Kotozume/Cure Macaron: Saki Fujita
- Aoi Tategami/Cure Gelato: Tomo Muranaka
- Pekorin: Mika Kanai
