Main Staff For “Yurucamp” Anime Unveiled


It’s time to kick back and enjoy a leisurely weekend in the wilderness.

The latest issue of Manga Time Kirara Forward (August 2017) reports that the Yurucamp (Yurukyan△, Laid-Back Camp Δ) anime series will hit Japanese TV in the Winter 2018 broadcast season.

In addition, the magazine revealed the show’s major staff members. Yoshiaki Kyogoku is directing the project at C-Station, with Mutsumi Sasaki (Dragonar Academy, Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom~) providing character designs. Jin Tanaka (Anne-Happy, Go! Princess Precure) is in charge of series composition.

Afro’s Yurucamp manga launched in the pages of Manga Time Kirara Forward in 2015. The series currently spans three collected volumes, with the most recent shipping to retailers on February 10. Volume 4 will hit on July 12.

Yen Press announced that they licensed YuruCamp in North America. The company will release the title as Laid-Back Camp.
