Crunchyroll Adds Knight’s & Magic Anime To Summer 2017 Simulcasts


You have knights, you have magic… what’s not to like?

Last night, Crunchyroll announced that they will stream Knight’s and Magic as part of their summer 2017 simulcast lineup. The series kicks off on July 2, at 8:00AM Pacific (11:00AM Eastern) for members in the following regions:

  • North America
  • United Kingdom
  • Ireland
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • South Africa
  • Netherlands
  • Scandinavia
  • Latin America

Knight’s & Magic is based on Hisago Amazake-no’s light novel series of the same name. Yusuke Yamamoto (Welcome to the NHK, Shōnen Maid) is directing the project at studio 8 bit, with Kenichiro Katsura (Walkure Romanze, Comic Party: Revolution) providing character designs. Michiko Yokote (Cute High Earth Defense Club LOVE!, Princess Tutu) is in charge of series composition.

fhana will perform opening theme song Hello! My World!!, while Ayaka Ohashi handles closing theme song You & I.

The confirmed voice cast includes:

  • Adeltroot “Adi” Alter: Ayaka Ohashi
  • Dietrich Knitz: Kazuyuki Okitsu

Now reborn as Ernesti Echevalier, he uses his vast knowledge of machines and programming talents to begin to make his ultimate robot. But his actions have unexpected results…?!
