Viz Streams Sailor Moon Crystal Season 3 Dub Clip

Moon, dubbing power, make up!

Yesterday, Viz Media started streaming a new dub teaser for Sailor Moon Crystal Season 3. The three-minute trailer opens with a tense battle between the main Sailor Guardians in a racing video game. The scene soon shifts to an introduction to new Sailor Guardians Uranus and Neptune.

Sailor Moon Crystal season 3 will ship to retailers this holiday season. The season first aired in the Spring 2016 broadcast season. The season revolves around the “Death Busters” arc of the Sailor Moon manga, bringing Sailor Uranus, Sailor Neptune, and Sailor Saturn into the fold, along with Mistress 9 and the malevolent Death Busters organization.

Chiaki Kon (Junjo Romantica) replaced Munehisa Sakai, who helmed the first two seasons, as director at Toei Animation. Akira Takahashi (Smile PreCure) took over for Yukie Sakou as character designer on the project, as writer Yuji Kobayashi returned to take charge of series composition.

Viz Media currently holds the domestic rights to Sailor Moon and Sailor Moon Crystal. The series is currently available for streaming on several platforms, including Crunchyroll and Hulu.
