First Character Designs Unveiled for MAPPA’s “Vanishing Line” Anime Hit the Web

So, can we say this news is coming “vanishingly fast?” No? Boo.

Earlier today, the official Vanishing Line anime website updated with four new character designs. The images match the major characters with headshots of their voice actors.

Vanishing Line hits Japanese TV this October. Seong Ho Park is directing the series at MAPPA, with Tomohiro Kishi (91 Days, My Little Monster) providing character designs. Kiyoko Yoshimura (Last Exile: Fam, The Silver Wing, Linebarrels of Iron) is in charge of series composition for the project.

The confirmed voice cast includes:

  • Sophie: Rie Kugimiya
  • Sword: Tomokazu Seki
  • Gina: Ami Koshimizu
  • Rook: Nobunaga Shimazaki

A promotional video for Vanishing Line was released earlier this month. You can check it out below:
