Earlier today, the official March comes in like a lion anime website updated with a new teaser trailer. The 30-second promo features narration by Kengo Kawanishi, who plays Rei Kiriyama in the series.
The site also updated with the new season’s theme song details. YUKI (Honey and Clover) will perform opening theme song Raise the Flag, while Brian the Sun (My Hero Academia) will handle closing theme Kafune.
March comes in like a lion will return to Japanese TV on October 14 at 23:00 (10/14/2017 at 11:00PM) on NHK channels. The season is slated to run for 22 episodes.
March comes in like a lion‘s second season will see several staffers returning at studio SHAFT. Akiyuki Shinbo (Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Monogatari series) will return to the director’s chair, while Nobuhiro Sugiyama (Nisekoi, Arakawa Under the Bridge) reprises his role as character designer.

The first season of March comes in like a lion aired during the Fall 2016 broadcast season, and ran for 22 episodes. Both titles are based on Chika Umino’s manga of the same name.
Aniplex of America currently holds the domestic rights to March Come in Like a Lion‘s first season. Crunchyroll streamed the show as it aired in Japan. They describe it as:
