It looks like Amazon has a hold on this simulcast, for sure.
Earlier today, Sentai Filmworks announced that they acquired the rights to UQ Holder!. The series will stream exclusively on Amazon’s Anime Strike service as a simulcast when it airs this fall.
The series hits Japanese TV on October 2 at 24:00 (10/3/2017 at midnight) on Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto, Sun TV, and BS11. tvk will stream the show an hour later, at 25:00 (10/3/2017 at 1:00AM).
UQ Holder! is based on Ken Akamatsu’s UQ Holder! Magister Negi Magi! 2 manga. Youhei Suzuki (Sword Oratoria: Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? On the Side, Rune Soldier) will direct the project at J.C. Staff, with Masahiro Fujii (The Familiar of Zero, Hayate the Combat Butler!!) providing character designs. Series creator Ken Akamatsu and Shogo Yasukawa (Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma, Terraformars) will collaborate on series composition and scripts.

UQ Holder! began publication in Weekly Shonen Magazine in August 2013. The series currently spans thirteen collected volumes, with the most recent book due hitting Japanese book stores on April 7.
