The Happy Party Hype Train is in full force at Crunchyroll as they gear up for the Fall 2017 season.
Earlier today, Crunchyroll announced that they will add seven titles to their fall simulcast lineup. The company will stream the following:
- A Sister’s All You Need (Imōto Sae Ireba Ii.)
- Anime-Gataris
- Blood Blockade Battlefront & Beyond
- Code: Realize ~Guardian of Rebirth~
- King’s Game
- Konohana Kitan
- Love Live! Sunshine!! 2nd Season!
As of press time, broadcast dates and territories have yet to be named for the above shows.
A Sister’s All You Need
A Sister’s All You Need is based on Yomi Hirasaka’s light novel series of the same name. Shin Ōnuma (Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya, Watamote) is directing the project at Silver Link, with Jin Tamamura (Chivalry of a Failed Knight) serving as Series Director. Sumie Kinoshita (The Mystic Archives of Dantalian, Girlish Number) is providing character designs for the show, while Yomi Hirasaka (Haganai Next) takes charge of series composition.

The series follows Itsuki Hashima, an author whose life is complicated by deranged friends and colleagues, including an over-sexed fellow author / would-be lover and a sadistic tax accountant. The only stable person in Itsuki’s life is his younger step-brother, Chihiro, but even Chihiro has a secret… “he” is actually a girl in disguise.
Anime-Gataris
Anime-Gataris is an original project from DMM Pictures. Kenshirō Morii (Nora, Princess, and Stray Cat, Wake Up, Girl Zoo!) is directing the project at Wao World, with so-shi providing character designs. Mitsutaka Hirota (Nanbaka, Sweetness & Lightning) is in charge of series composition for the project.

Blood Blockade Battlefront & Beyond
Blood Blockade Battlefront & Beyond is a sequel to 2015’s Blood Blockade Battlefront. Shigehito Takayanagi (The World God Only Knows, Dagashi Kashi) is directing the show at Bones, with Toshihiro Kawamoto (Cowboy Bebop, Noragami) pulling double duty as character designer and chief animation director. Yasuko Kamo (Dagashi Kashi) is in charge of series composition.

Code: Realize ~Guardian of Rebirth~ is based on the visual novel of the same name. Hideyo Yamamoto (The Prince of Tennis II, Strike the Blood) will direct Code: Realize ~Guardian of Rebirth~ at M.S.C., with Aya Nakanishi (Lady Jewelpet) providing character designs. Sayaka Harada (Starmyu) is in charge of series composition for the project, while Ryo Takahashi (ACCA: 13-Territory Inspection Dept., Please tell me! Galko-chan) scores the soundtrack.

King’s Game is based on Nobuaki Kanazawa and illustrator Hitori Renda’s manga of the same name. Noriyoshi Sasaki (My Wife is the Student Council President+!, Ojisan to Marshmallow) is directing the project at studio Seven, with the team of Kan Soramoto and Yōsuke Itō providing character designs. Kenji Konuta (Blood Lad, Saiyuki Reload Blast) it in charge of series composition.
