Minori Suzuki to Perform “Ms. Koizumi Loves Ramen Noodles” Theme


From Walkure to the ramen row, Ms. Suzuki is bringing her songs to countless worlds.

On September 30, voice actress Minori Suzuki took to Twitter to announce that she’s performing the opening theme for the upcoming Ms. Koizumi Loves Ramen Noodles (Ramen Daisuki Koizumi-san) anime. The song will be Suzuki’s solo debut single.

Rough Translation: And I, Minori Suzuki…! Am going to make my solo debut! I will be in charge of the OP theme song for “Ms. Koizumi Loves Ramen Noodles”, which airs next January. As a voice actor and a singer, I will do my best as I try to grow, step by step. Please follow my blog for details. (Minori)

Kenji Seto (The Asterisk War: The Academy City on the WaterSaki Biyori) is directing the title at Studio Gokumi and AXsiZ, with Takuya Tani (Pandora in the Crimson Shell: Ghost Urn) providing character designs. Tatsuya Takahashi (Eromanga SenseiThe IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls) is in charge of series composition for the title.

The Ramen Daisuki Koizumi-san manga kicked off in the pages of Manga Life Storia in September 2013. To date, five collected volumes have been produced, with the most recent hitting stores today.

The manga received a live-action TV drama series, which ran for a four episodes in 2015. Tsukuru Matsuki directed the show at Kyoto Television. Fuji TV aired the show, as well as a New Year’s special that debuted on January 4, 2016, and a New Year’s Eve special that aired on December 30, 2016.
