Funimation Posts Two Keijo!!!!!!!! Dub Teasers (NSFW)

Keijo!!!!!!!! is a show about sports. Just check the plot, if you don’t believe me.

Earlier today, Funimation started streaming a pair of dub trailers for Keijo!!!!!!!!.

The first trailer introduces the core concepts behind the in-show sport, while a narrator provides, er… cheeky commentary.

The second is a clip from the show, where Nozomi Kaminashi fends off a fearsome Monkey in the Middle attack.

Funimation will release Keijo!!!!!!!! on home video on February 6. A standard release ($64.98), as well as a Limited Edition ($84.98) are planned.

Keijo!!!!!!!! is based on Daichi Sorayomi’s manga of the same name. Hideya Takahashi (Pocket Monsters: The Origin Episode 3, Fantasista Stella) helmed the project at studio Xebec, while Keiya Nakano (AOKANA: Four Rhythm Across the Blue, Atelier Escha & Logy: Alchemists of the Dusk Sky) provided character designs. Takao Kato was in charge of series composition.

The English dub cast includes:

  • Nozomi Kaminashi: Amber Lee Connors
  • Sayaka Miyata: Felecia Angelle
  • Non Toyoguchi: Sarah Wiedenheft
  • Kazane Aoba: Alexis Tipton
  • Yuko Ooshima: Morgan Berry
  • Hanabi Kawai: Kristen McGuire
  • Nagisa Ujibe: Jamie Marchi
  • Miku Kobayakawa: Dawn M. Bennett

Clifford Chapin is directing the dub, which features scripts by Monica Rial. William Dewell is the ADR engineer for the adaptation, while Adrian Cook serves as Mixing Engineer.

Funimation describes the show as:

Welcome to the boob-smashing, booty-battling world of Keijo, where girls take on girls with nothing more than their bounciest assets. Former gymnast Nozomi Kaminashi can’t wait to bring home the big bucks, because in this competitive sport where girls knock each other off floating platforms, winners get paid and losers get soaked!

"Akira was one of my favorite things I ever saw. My friend Mike, he was an illustrator in the same course as me, he introduced me to it. It was mind-blowing. Anything with movement like that, I was like 'This is insane.'"
