Two new campers are joining the fun this evening. One of whom, is intimately familiar with living off the land.
Earlier today, the official Laid-Back Camp (YuruCamp, Yurukyan△, Laid-Back Camp Δ) anime website updated with a pair of new cast members. The series will add the following:
- Sakura Kagamigahara: Marina Inoue
- Narrator: Akio Ōtsuka
Akio Ōtsuka previously played Solid Snake in the Metal Gear Solid franchise.

Laid-Back Camp will air on AT-X, Tokyo MX, Sun TV, KBS Kyoto, and BS11 in January 2018. Crunchyroll will stream the series when it airs in Japan.
Yoshiaki Kyogoku is directing the project at C-Station, with Mutsumi Sasaki (Dragonar Academy, Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom~) providing character designs. Jin Tanaka (Anne-Happy, Go! Princess Precure) is in charge of series composition.
The confirmed voice cast includes:
- Aoi Inuyama: Aki Toyosaki
- Rin Shima: Nao Tōyama
- Ena Saitō: Rie Takahashi
- Chiaki Ōgaki: Sayuri Hara
- Nadeshiko Kagamihara: Yumiri Hanamori
Afro’s Yurucamp manga launched in the pages of Manga Time Kirara Forward in 2015. The series currently spans three collected volumes, with the most recent shipping to retailers on February 10. Volume 4 will hit on July 12.
Yen Press announced that they licensed YuruCamp in North America. The company will release the title as Laid-Back Camp.
