Now you can be the very best, like no one ever was… for three bucks a month.
Yesterday, The Pokémon Company announced that they are partnering with Amazon to launch a subscription-based channel devoted to the franchise’s anime content. The channel is available to Amazon Prime members for $2.99 per month.
Amazon’s Pokémon channel launched with seasons 2-5 and 10-16 of the TV series, as well as four movies:
- Pokémon the Movie 2000
- Lucario and the Mystery of Mew
- Pokémon 3: The Movie
- Pokémon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea
The subscription format is similar in nature to the now-defunct Anime Strike.
