Crunchyroll Adds ReLife Finale OVA

Fans can finally see how Arata Kaizaki’s ReLife experiment ends.

Earlier today, Crunchyroll announced that they added the ReLIFE: Kanketsuhen (ReLIFE: Concluding Story) OVA to their digital platform. The four-episode series went live earlier today for all subscribers outside of Japan, China, North and South Korea, and Syria.

The four episodes shipped on Japanese DVD and Blu-Ray earlier today. Amazon is streaming the show in Japan as part of their Amazon Prime Video service.

Much of the core staff returned to work on ReLIFE: Kanketsuhen. Tomo Kosaka returned to the director’s chair at TMS Entertainment, with Junko Yamanaka (Kamisama Kiss, Case Closed) providing character designs. Kazuho Hyodo was in charge of series composition for the project.

Hyodo worked with Michiko Yokote to tackle series composition for the original TV series.

The show aired during the Summer 2016 broadcast season. Crunchyroll streamed the title as it aired, and describe ReLIFE as:

Arata Kaizaki (27) quit the job he landed after graduation in only three months. His life did not go well after that. Now his parents are threatening to stop sending money, and want him to come back to the country. He has no friend or girlfriend to share his troubles with…as he hits rock bottom a strange man named Ryo Yoake appears. Yoake invites Kaizaki to join a societal rehabilitation program for NEETs called ReLife. This program uses a mysterious drug to make him look younger, and sends him back to high school for a year…
