Whether you’re out to catch ’em all, or ready to become the next great hero, Viz Media has you covered this Free Comic Book Day.

Earlier today, Viz Media announced that they’ll release a pair of manga samplers for this year’s Free Comic Book Day. The company will release a Pokémon Sun & Moon sampler, as well as a My Hero Academia/RWBY book.

Free Comic Book Day will be held on May 5 at comic shops across the United States.

The Pokémon Sun & Moon sampler will include excerpts from Hidenori Kusaka and Satoshi Yamamoto’s Pokémon Sun & Moon, as well as Yabuno’s Pokémon Horizon Sun & Moon.

The Pokémon Sun & Moon manga is an ongoing series, which is being published by Shogakukan in Japan. Viz describes the title as:

Sun dreams of money. Moon dreams of science. When their paths cross with Team Skull, both their plans go awry.

Moon is on her way to deliver a rare Pokémon to Professor Kukui in the Alola region when she meets his good friend Sun, a courier entrusted with a special Pokédex. Sun offers to safely deliver Moon to the professor’s lab…but then they tangle with a group of grunts from Team Skull and are attacked by a mysterious Pokémon! What does the mysterious Pokémon leave in its wake…?

Pokémon Horizon Sun & Moon launched in the pages of Shogakukan’s Coro Coro Comics magazine in September 2016, and ran through July 2017. Viz describes the series as:

A brand-new Pokémon series based on the world of the bestselling Pokémon Sun & Moon video games!

Akira’s summer vacation in the Alola region heats up when he befriends a Rockruff with a mysterious gemstone. Together, Akira hopes they can achieve his dream of become a Pokémon Trainer and learning the amazing Z-move. But first, Akira needs to pass a test to earn a Trainer Passport. This becomes even more difficult when Rockruff gets kidnapped! And both their lives get more complicated when Team Kings shows up with—you guessed it—evil plans for world domination!

Kōhei Horikoshi’s My Hero Academia manga launched in the pages of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in July 2014. The series currently spans 18 volumes, with the latest hitting retailers on April 4. Viz Media describes the series as:

What would the world be like if 80 percent of the population manifested superpowers called “Quirks” at age four? Heroes and villains would be battling it out everywhere! Being a hero would mean learning to use your power, but where would you go to study? The Hero Academy of course! But what would you do if you were one of the 20 percent who were born Quirkless?

Middle school student Izuku Midoriya wants to be a hero more than anything, but he hasn’t got an ounce of power in him. With no chance of ever getting into the prestigious U.A. High School for budding heroes, his life is looking more and more like a dead end. Then an encounter with All Might, the greatest hero of them all, gives him a chance to change his destiny…

Rooster Teeth and illustrator Shirow Miwa’s RWBY comic launched in Shueisha’s Ultra Jump magazine in 2015. The series currently spans one volume, which hit Japanese retailers on May 19. Viz describes the title as:

In adventures based on Rooster Teeth’s hit animation series, Ruby, Weiss, Blake and Yang are students at Beacon Academy, learning to protect the world from the fearsome Grimm.

When the people of Remnant aren’t fighting monsters, they still find conflict among themselves. Now they are at fierce odds. Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna and Yang Xiao Long are Team RWBY. Together they are learning the deadly craft of hunting the monstrous species known as the Grimm.

Never before revealed adventures of Team RWBY featuring Ruby, Weiss, Blake & Yang before academy and before they were teammates. Plus, a Team JNPR battle featuring a much-younger Jaune!
