“Neko Kikaku” Anime in the Works; First Cast & Crew Announced


Just according to kikaku. (Translator’s note: kikaku means project)

On March 14, studio Speed Inc. announced that they are working on an original anime project, titled Neko Kikaku (Cat Planning). An official website for the project opened its doors at the time, which featured a key visual and the first crew members. On April 27, the site updated with the main voice cast.

We break the details down below:

Jun Awazu is directing the project at Speed Inc., with Yuji Mitsuya serving as sound director.

Cast

The confirmed voice cast includes:

  • Takumi Nekoi: Haruka Tomatsu
  • Mukumi Nekoi: Akari Kitō
  • Yugami Nekoi: Sakura Tange
  • Neko Kikaku Company President: Sakura Tange
  • Takumi’s Dad: Yuji Mitsuya

Neko Kikaku hits Japanese this summer.

Speed Inc. is an Aichi based studio, with all of its staff living in or hailing from the region. The entire Neko Kikaku voice cast is also from Aichi.
