Ta ga Tame no Alchemist Movie Casts Inori Minase, Main Staff Announced


Earlier today, the official Ta ga Tame no Alchemist (For Whom the Alchemist) anime movie’s website updated with a new cast member. The site announced that Inori Minase will play the lead role as Kasumi Nagasaka. A visual for the character was also revealed, which you can check out below.

Ta ga Tame no Alchemist will open in June.

Shoji Kawamori (Super Dimension Fortress Macross franchise) will serve as chief director for the project, with Masanori Takahashi (When Supernatural Battles Became Commonplace) directing the project at Satelight. Chikashi Kadekaru (Juni Taisen: Zodiac War, Scar-red Rider XechS) will provide character designs, while Toshizo Nemoto (Macross Delta, Inu X Boku Secret Service) writes the screenplay.

The film will hit Japanese theaters in June.

The project is based on FgG games’ Ta ga Tame no Alchemist social game of the same name, which launched in January 2016. The project was first announced in February 2018.
