Kentarō Okamoto & Riri Sagara’s “Are You Lost?” Manga Gets Anime TV Series


Are You Lost Anime LogoEarlier today, an official website and Twitter account opened their doors to announce that Kentarō Okamoto and illustrator Riri Sagara’s Are You Lost? (Sounan Desu Ka?) manga will get an anime TV series. The first cast and crew, along with a visual and trailer were revealed.

Nobuyoshi Nagayama (Happy Sugar Life, My Girlfriend is Shobitch) will direct the project at Ezo’la, with Junnosuke Nishio providing character designs. Touko Machida (Happy Sugar Life, Lucky Star) is in charge of series composition.

Are You Lost? will hit Japanese TV in July. Tokyo MX is confirmed to carry the title.

Kentarō Okamoto and illustrator Riri Sagara’s Are You Lost? manga lost in the pages of Kodansha’s Weekly Young Magazine in January 2017. Three compiled volumes have been published to date, with volume 4 slated to ship to stores on March 6.

Kodansha Comics currently holds the rights to the title in North America, and describe it as:

Because of a plane crash … starting today, we’re spending the springtime of our lives on a desert island!! There’s nothing here, so we have to make everything!! And eat everything!! (Ugh!) Check out our high-school-girl survival story of courage and knowledge. We’re actually doing pretty well!
