Earlier today, the official Gundam Build Divers Re:RISE anime website updated with a new trailer, a key visual, the main cast and crew, and several Mobile Suit designs. We break the details down below.

Trailer

The 80-second promo introduces the main characters in-between cuts of action footage between Mobile Suits

Key Visual

The image features Hiroto Kuga with Earthree Gundam front and center, posing against a blue sky with a portal opening above. Other cast members and Mobile Suits appear in the background.

Staff

Shinya Watada (Gundam Build Fighters Try, Aikatsu Stars!) will direct the project at Sunrise Beyond, with Shuri Toida providing character designs. Yasuyuki Muto (Deadman Wonderland, Sengoku Basara – Samurai Kings) is in charge of series composition for the title.

Gundam Build Divers Re:RISE hits Japanese TV in October.

Gundam Build Divers aired in the Spring 2018 broadcast season.

Shinya Watada (Gundam Build Fighters Try, Aikatsu Stars!) directed the project at Sunrise, with Shuri Toida providing character designs. Noboru Kimura (Kokkoku, Nyaruko: Crawling with Love!) was in charge of series composition for the title.

Sunrise describes the title as:

Gunpla Battle Nexus Online (GBN) is a new network game that lets people enjoy a variety of missions using Gunpla in a virtual cyberspace dimension. Middle-school students Riku Mikami and Yukio Hidaka recruit their classmate Momoka Yashiro and dive together into this vast world. Becoming “Divers,” or inhabitants of GBN, they meet a mysterious girl named Sarah who has an amazing sensitivity to Gunpla. They begin playing alongside her, but…
