High School Prodigies Have It Easy Even In Another World Anime Cast Adds Hiro Shimono, 4 More


Earlier today, the official High School Prodigies Have It Easy Even In Another World anime website updated with five new cast members. The series will add the following:

  • Winona: Mai Nakahara
  • Elk: Hiro Shimono
  • Rue: Chinami Hashimoto
  • Jeanne du Leblanc: Sayaka Senbongi
  • Oslo El Gustav: Jouji Nakata

Visuals for the characters were also revealed, which you can check out below.

The series will hit Japanese TV on October 3. The full premiere schedule is as follows (All times JST):

  • AT-X: 10/3/2019 at 21:00 (10/3/2019 at 9:00PM)

High School Prodigies Have It Easy Even in Another World VisualShinsuke Yanagi (And you thought there is never a girl online?, Ro-Kyu-Bu! SS) was tapped to direct the project at studio Project No.9, with Akane Yano (And you thought there is never a girl online?) providing character designs. Deko Akao (Arakawa Under the Bridge, My Roommate is a Cat) is in charge of series composition.

The confirmed voice cast includes:

  • Liruru: Yūki Kuwahara
  • Ringo Ōhoshi: Rina Hidaka
  • Shinobu Sarutobi: Natsumi Hioka
  • Keine Kanzaki: Hisako Kanemoto
  • Aoi Ichijō: Sayaka Kaneko
  • Prince Akatsuki: Shizuka Ishigami
  • Masato Sanada: Junji Majima

Riku Misora and Sacraneco’s High School Prodigies Have It Easy Even In Another World! (Chōjin-Kokoseitachi wa Isekai demo Yoyu de Ikinuku Yōdesu!) light novels launched in 2015 under SB Creative’s GA Bunko imprint. Eight volumes have been released to date, with volume nine shipping to stores on October 12. A manga adapatation by Misora and illustrator Kōtarō Yamada launched in Square Enix’s Young Gangan magazine in May 2016. The series spans seven compiled volumes, with volume 8 launching on September 25.

Yen Press holds the rights to the title’s manga incarnation, and describe it as:

Seven Japanese high school prodigies have taken the world by storm, exercising their mind-blowing abilities in everything from politics to entertainment. But when their plane crashes one day, these geniuses awaken to find themselves in a different realm-one that’s home to magic and beast folk! While such strange new surroundings might throw an average person for a loop, these prodigies take their situation in stride…and then some! With the greatest minds and talents known to Earth, this dream team is about to turn the other world on its head!
